Barracuda Coffee Company
About This Spot
Walking into Barracuda Coffee Company feels like stepping into a quietly inviting corner of Richland where the day slows just enough to be savored. The pace here has a comfortable rhythm—unhurried, yet alive with a subtle energy that hums beneath the hum of espresso machines and friendly exchanges. It’s the kind of spot where the baristas don’t just hand over drinks; they remember names, favorite blends, and what a regular’s morning looks like before they’re even asked.
This coffee shop embraces a balance between cozy intimacy and open, light-filled spaces, making it a natural hub for both focused work sessions and casual catch-ups. The air carries a warm mix of freshly ground beans and sweet pastries, inviting you to settle in or grab something to keep moving through your day. Whether you’re drawn to the smooth, frothy richness of a cappuccino or the unexpected charm of a French Toast Latte Ice Mocha, each sip feels thoughtfully crafted to match the moment.
The menu itself reflects a playful yet grounded approach, showcasing a range from bold cold brews that challenge your senses to tender scones just right alongside a gently steeped passion red tea. There’s also a thoughtful attentiveness to the little details, like gluten-free pastry options and the care taken to accommodate all sorts of cravings, big or small.
The atmosphere encourages connection without noise or rush. It’s a place where conversations meander naturally over a shared table, where the baristas’ smiles feel genuine, and where you can catch a moment of quiet alongside the comforting buzz of community life. For both early risers seeking a dependable cup and afternoon wanderers needing a pause, Barracuda Coffee Company offers a quietly joyful experience — the kind of place that fits seamlessly into the rhythm of your day.

This is coffee shop is great place to sit get work done or meet up with a friend. I was so impressed as I set there and worked last Monday to hear the employees remember regular customers names, their favorite drink or treat. It felt like you were more than just a “coffee order”. They really cared about their customers and their day! The atmosphere was also very nice & there’s a cute little outside area. Whatever drink I order is always so good!!! One of my favorite locally owned coffee shops in the Tri!

The coffee was good, my wife got a breakfast tea instead of green tea. My flat white tasted more milky rather than like espresso. The place was very clean and well organized. Kind staff. 4.5 stars otherwise!

Barracuda Coffee is hands down my favorite drive-thru spot. The staff is always friendly, the drinks are consistent, and the energy is just good. The Double Red Bull is perfectly balanced every time, and they even make the cutest kid drinks. Super clean, cozy vibe with fast service — you can tell they care about what they do. I also love their food but I would just warn about how dry their croissants are.

We had amazing coffee with spice. Definitely recommend The Arsonist for enthusiasts who want to try coffee with spice. It will definitely make your day! If you want to be more adventurous, try the Burnout! They even have fancy mugs and apparel. Definitely worth the trip there. Thank you for such amazing coffee.
